What is the best solution to repair a loose post crown connected to a bridge and another post crown?

Q.
hi im looking for some advice/information please what are the options/best solution to repairing a loose post crown connected to a bridge and another post crown? on the upper jaw, at the front, one of the tooth routes has apparently got a split (not certain??) and the advice given was to remove the tooth completely, wait 3-6 months for it to heal and then fit a new bridge spanning the gap of three teeth. is this a recommended course of action couldnt the existing bridge just be cemented back in? (i have a new dentist and im a bit unsure of her!) any response is welcome thank you

I’m sorry but if the root has a fracture then cementing the bridge back in will cause more problems in the long term so removal of the fractured root appears the best thing to do. You could also consider dental implants to restore the space. This may be better than drilling down other teeth to hold another bridge.

thank you for your reply.
my concern is after having the current bridge removed, ill have to wear a plate for a while (i hated that last time!!) while the gum heals and will then i believe have a new bridge spanning three or four spaces.
how reliable/strong would that be longer term?
also regarding implants, is that something that can be done on the nhs, im not working at the moment.
what sort of costs would be involved?
many thanks, much appreciated
