FICD is an abbreviation and stands for the Fellow of International College of Dentists (FICD). It is a membership that is very popular in the united states.
The international college of dentists is an organisation that is concerned with promoting excellence in dentistry.
To become an FICD member is a selection process that is by invitation only and is given to dentists who have made significant contribution to dentistry and the dental community. This is a minimum criteria that a dentist must meet to become a Fellow in the International College of Dentists.
2. Be a dentist of good standing in your local community.
3. Be at least 30 years old and a graduate of a dental school that is recognised by the FICD
4. Be an active contributor to dentistry and the community and be resected for integrity and character.
5. Be acceptable to the Board of Regents or the Governing Body.
thanks for this Jacob are there any dentists in the UK that have FICD qualification and do you think that by having FICD this makes them a better dentist in terms of being able to do cosmetic dentistry and smile makeoverS?
I want to be F.I.C.D. Please let me know how to be F.I.C.D.
