What do you advise I do about my lack of bone where i had a tooth extracted?

hi ,A few days ago I had to have my front tooth extracted due to the tooth dropping and apparently there is no bone left so was unable to have implant.
at present I have a plate , but i am findng it difficult to talk, eat and feel so embarrased that Ive lost a tooth at the age of 40, wont let my husband see me with out plate and am told i most remove at night …. please tell me what my options are … feelinf very down.

Maybe have a 2nd opinion with an Implantologist to see if you could have a bone graft which would then allow you to have a dental implant. Alternativly you could have a bridge if the teeth on either side are in good condition. I am happy to see you for a consultation to offer you more accurate advice.
