What can stop the pain caused by gum disease?
Q.
I have had periodontal disease for about five years, but for the last two years i have had alot of pain.I have asked my dentist if there is anything can be done about the pain but he says just keeping them as clean as possible will help,i go to the dentist every three months but still nothing helps.I also asked about gum graphs but he didn’t seem to know much about them, would gum graps help with the pain?

A.
The best thing to do is to visit a periodontist (gum specialist) to assess your gum disease and give you full treatment options.
