what are the issues surrounding sedation for older people?

Q.
Iam aged 77 with heart disease and a pacemaker.what are the implications for me to have dental implants bearing in mind sedation may not be advisable for me
A.
Sedation is still safe I would normally ask my anaesthetist to be present alternatively the treatment is often delivered using just normal local anaesthetic
