Sedation is still safe I would normally ask my anaesthetist to be present alternatively the treatment is often delivered using just normal local anaesthetic

i’m student at dentistry college 4th year and i’d like to ask you does a dental implant need to be done under general anarsthesia or will local anaesthesia suffice
Local anaesthesia in 99% of cases is fine
