What are the best options for my horrible teeth?

Hi there i am 26 with a terrible smile, due to lack of care my teeth are in bad condition, added to this i have an overbite which i hate i would love some kind of smile makeover but am not sure although i have all of my teeth i was considering getting them removed and dental implants as i dont think my teeth would be in good enough condition for veneers. i am sooo unconfident in myself as a result of my awful smile and would be grateful for any advice.
