I would like whitening and veneers to improve the look of my teeth after my side teeth were removed to close front tooth gap. Can you help?

Wednesday, October 27th, 2010
Q.
Hi I have a gap between my front teeth and my side teeth were removed so I had braces at 14 and my ‘I’ teeth are now my side teeth. I want all my teeth whitened and either veneers or crowns put on the top 4. I have heard bad reviews on veneers because they can just ping off at any time and this can measure quite costly. I don’t like the idea of crowns because they can look very false. I am very particular about my appearance and take pride in it. I don’t want to make any mistakes but I don’t know what options are available. I want perfectly straight white teeth with no gap. I’m not looking for american style gnashers but I want something I can be proud of. Right now I’m not too confident. Can you help? ,

I had four teeth removed a week ago. I now have black marks on my gums and my jaw feels stiff. What could this be?

Tuesday, August 17th, 2010
Q.
I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed a week ago today. I have no pain at all but my left side of cheeck at bottom still feels a bit stiff round the jaw. This tooth was severely decayed before extraction. Is this normal? Also after looking into my mouth with a torch ive noticed something dark or blackish around that area, its not on the extraction site itself but to the side of it near the gums cheeck side, what could this possibly be? Im worried about dry socket or a hole of some sort. I still have the dissovable stitches.,

Could you give my mother a second opinion in regards to the dental treatment she may need?

Tuesday, April 27th, 2010
Q.
My mother has been advised by her dentist to have dental implants. She has suffered with ill fitting dentures which cause a lot of discomfort and irritation to her gums. I believe her tooth loss is due to gum disease and recently she has had the remainder of her teeth removed. She lives in Kent and I wonder if you would give her a second opinion? I am not happy with the recent dental care she has been receiving and would like her to have this procedure to end her suffering and know she is in safe hands. Thank you.,
