Can my tooth gap be closed and my teeth aligned correctly?

Hi, My two front teeth are capped, I also have a gap which has increased over the years, the teeth are different widths, due to the reduction of teeth under neath, they also protrude, can the gap be closed and the teeth aligned correctly, I have always looked after my teeth, but have never been comfortable with my smile, I am 52 with some receeding, the caps are metal based. Will dental veneers fix my overcrowded teeth?

i am 21 and considering cosmetic dentistry possibly veneers, i have over crowded top and bottom teeth, both my top two front teeth and bottom two front teeth protrude, is is possible to have veneers to fix this as i dont really want to waer braces and also i dont have a large budget.,
