Q.
I just wondered what treatment you would recommend I have a tooth that is going grey and a lot of teeth at the top overlapping and 2 fang teeth at the top I would also like whitening. What price does this treatment tend to cost I realise you might not be able to price it but just an estimate Thank you,

A tooth that was bonded on recently came out grey. What happened and how is it fixed?

Q.
Hoping you’re having a good day! My dentist bonded my upper front tooth to make it wider to close a gap. The tooth is between two other teeth that are attached to a partial. When he was finished bonding it…it was gray instead of white. He said he doesn’t know what went wrong, and told me that he matched it to the whitest color on the chart/strip they use. He took an xray, and I don’t have any root damage. What do you think went wrong? How does my dentist fix this? It is very noticeable as my other natural teeth are very white. Please help me. I hope I hear from you soon. I am seeing my dentist tomorrow! Thanks so very very much! ,

My 3 year old son’s tooth has to be extracted, is there any way it can be saved?

Friday, August 6th, 2010
Q.
Hello Dr Solanki, I have a son who is 3 years & 2 months old. Over the past couple of weeks I have noticed his front tooth turning grey. We visited our NHS dentist yesterday and he explained that this tooth would have to be extracted within the near future. I am very distressed by this as I am aware that he will then have an unsightly gap until he is 7 or 8 years old and his adult tooth emerges. I am wondering if, via private treatment, this tooth can be saved. If not, are there any cosmetic procedures that would be suitable for a child this age following an extraction? Many thanks in advance for your help. Kind regards,,
