Do all University’s in the Uk require that you show manual dexterity

Hi, Do all University’s in the Uk require that you show manual dexterity ie: art sketch pad.I really would love to become a dentist but I am no good a art or drawing, so if you have the required grades could you get away with not showing manual dexterity? Many Thanks,
