My teeth still in my gums but they are leaning against my inside lips. She pulled so hard where my inside gum is leaning also with my teeth. I need to know what is to be done. Can I get insurance for dental implants?

Monday, January 25th, 2010
Q.
in June this year i was playing cricket and had my two front teeth knocked out, i am 29 years old and my dentist gave me options on what he could do for my teeth, i decided to have dental implants which as you are aware are very expensive and i had to pay some money out my own pocket. I play alot of sports and i have tried to find an insurance company that will cover my implants and teeth in case of future injury. I would very much appreciate your help on this matter.,

What is the success rate for implants on people with gum disease?

Monday, October 12th, 2009
Q.
Dear DOCTOR I suffer with periodontal disease which is controlled and my teeth are not loose. Recently I have had a sharp pain on chewing under a molar that is crowned. Following an x-ray I have been told that there is chronic infection low down irritating the nerve and that the tooth will have to come out. I am an NHS patient but am prepared to pay privately to have an implant which the NHS dentist would do. I am told there is no rush to decide providing the pain is only occasional . Does this mean it will not make me ill if I take my time . Also what is the success rate for implants on people with gum disease and would the infection need to be treated before commencing or is chronic infection something that does not go away.Thankyou

Can the procedure of implant be cheaper.Plz suggest

Sunday, October 11th, 2009
Q.
I recently had my front tooth extracted about 8 months ago because when I was a child a root canal was done on my tooth incorrectly. After different techniques and surgery my dentist said the tooth couldn’t be saved because it was to far gone. I was laid off my job and lost my insurance. I currently have a fake pull out tooth that I hate! I hide it from my husband and family because I am embarassed. I can’t afford to continue the procedure for an implant. What can I do? Is there any information you can give me to help me? Thank you.

Can i get dental implants in UK with finance options?

Wednesday, September 2nd, 2009
Q.
I Have 2 upper front teeth which are crowns from an accident in my childhood. They have now come loose and my dentist says I need dentures and cannot have replacement crowns due to receding gums. Could you advise if implants would be suitable and can the treatment be done abroad? Or if there is anywhere in the UK that can carry out the work with finance options.
