Hey! Hope you are well.
Firstly – good idea with this “ask an expert” thing. Anyway, I want to make my teeth go away. I’d like all of them removed, and to have a new smile – basically. I want to have a teeth like the celebrities have.
My problem is that my teeth look nice, it’s not a bad smile, but they are very weak, and in the back, I don’t have half of my teeth, because they are broken. So I want to make new ones – fake, so I won’t have to care about it later…How much would it cost? To make all new, white, nice teeth?

I Have Dental Phobia! My Teeth Have Been Neglected Due To Past Fears. Can You Help Me Fix My Teeth?
Thursday, December 5th, 2013 Hello Dr Hughes. I have a dental phobia!! Can you help me? My teeth are in a very bad condition and I am embarrassed by them everyday, I worry constantly about my crowns and other teeth falling out, several of them have fallen out and I only have partial teeth in places. I know the time as come to seek help.
I do not have a needle phobia which I know stops a lot of people seeking dental care. My fear is partly irrational and partly due to past experiences. Hopefully you can help me to move forward.
Thank you.
Should I Plan For 4 Four Implants Or Opt For The Upper/Lower All In One Implants?
Thursday, November 28th, 2013 Hello Dr Moore, I hope you can help me. I need to have 4 front teeth removed with scaling & root planning done. Dentist said the other teeth were borderline, some might be saved after the root planning. I have two options to choose from and only considering implants at this time. Other than cost,
Should I plan for 4 implants and deal with the other teeth over time or should I just have the full mouth extraction and upper/lower ALL IN ONE implants.
I am 63 years old and I’m in good health.
Thank you, I look forward to your response and advice.
Hi, I Had An Upper Denture Made By The NHS But It Doesn’t Fit Well. Should I Make A Complaint?
Wednesday, November 27th, 2013Hi Dr Hussein, I had a upper denture made with the NHS about 2 months ago and to be honest it has never fitted very well at all. I only need to open my mouth at it falls out! My dentist claims I can’t get enough suction and has advised me to use an adhesive, I think she has just made a bad impression and is just fobbing me off. Surely a new denture should be tight. I don’t really want to make an official complaint but am getting to the point here that I may have to. I’m distressed about this and really would like your advice.
I’d Like To Make Sure That I’m Paying The Correct Amount For My Dental Treatment. I Hope You Can Help?
Wednesday, November 27th, 2013 Hi, I was wondering if you could help me? I’m getting my teeth done and I wanted to check that I was paying the right amount for what I’m getting, which is the 8 upper smile for £3695 with teeth whitening of the lower teeth
6 unit bridge for £3900. It’s getting done in Newcastle and I want to make sure before I start any treatment. I haven’t seen any other dentists yet and would like to know if I can get it cheaper than this?
Thank you for your help.
I’m Worried By My Worn Down Teeth, My Dentist Doesn’t Think Crowns Are Suitable. What Can I Do?
Thursday, November 14th, 2013 My upper back teeth are worn down and I’ve never had crowns fitted. My dentist won’t address my concerns and said to leave
them as they are. I’m 43 years
old. My lower teeth are
capped and I have a denture on the other side. The advice given is to leave them for another year. I think the lack of length of the teeth
on both upper back set will be too short to address with crowns.
Due to immune problems with my health for many years and allergies
to foods, my teeth have suffered as
a result. I look forward to receiving your advice.
I Am Classed As A Complex Case And I’m In Need Of An Expert. Could You Try To Give Me A Normal Smile?
Monday, November 11th, 2013Hi Mark. I am classed as a complex case having been born with a cleft palette and having extensive upper and lower jaw surgery. If I made an appointment would I get one with you regarding restorative dental work. I have metal plates holding my jaw together and one is sticking out of my gum and 2 of my molars have crumbled. I also need new veneers and crowns, one crown was recently replaced and has broken in half and all are different colours. My teeth are also too small as my old veneers have worn down, they have been on for nearly 20 years there is also a large lump that seems to be my jaw bone hanging down. I am in need of an expert and I just want a normal smile for once in my life. Thanks for your time.
I Have Two Loose Teeth. I Am Dubious About Implants. Would Bridge Work Be The Better Option?
Friday, November 8th, 2013I have two loose teeth – one at the front top and one at the side top. Because the front one is unsightly and protruding forward my local NHS dentist has suggested having a bridge fitted. Because I have had gum disease in the past my gums have receded and I am dubious about having an implant therefore a bridge seems the obvious solution. I am wondering whether I should have them taken out before consulting you or leave them in for your assessment. I would also be interested in the cost for bridge work on both teeth if that’s possible.
