Some of my teeth have moved back because I stopped wearing my retainers after braces treatment. Would I need braces again?

Q. Hello Andrew, Hope all has been well, I’ve worn braces for 1 year back in 2004 and then were given retainers, I wore them time to time but was a bit of rebel when it came down to them. Years passed and I realised one of my upper front teeth are moving forward and there’s a gap on the side of it next to another tooth (one next to the canine, how the gap is like a slit) And it’s the same situation below aswell, although this gap is bigger. I’m hoping to get them pushed back but does this mean I need to wear braces again? Or would I be given special sort of retainers that push them back and keep them in place? Hope to hear from you soon, Kind regards,
A. You may be able to wear removable braces such as the Inman Aligner or Invisalign (clear plastic aligners) rather than a fixed brace. In most cases they are easier to wear and sometimes a quicker solution
