Some of my adult teeth didn’t come through and now I have large gaps in my smile, what can I do to fix this?

Q.
Hello, I just require some general advice please. When I was 18 I was told I needed 3 baby teeth taken out (two at top and one right bottom, all second premolars), so I went to hospital to have them taken out. I am now 25 and the adult teeth never did come through which has led to all the teeth close by to spread out and cause enormous gaps, also I now have a large gap in my front teeth, I did have a free consultation a few years ago but I was told that to have the teeth fixed it would cost me around £3,000. Is there anything else I can do or is there a cheaper way to fix this problem? I’m really self concious about my smile. Thanks for your time.

hi
unfortunately that sounds like a reasonable price for orthodontic treatment which seems to be the best solution.
the other alternative is a denture for the gaps but considering your age it is unlikely you will want to pursue this.
