Should I Plan For 4 Four Implants Or Opt For The Upper/Lower All In One Implants?

Q.
Hello Dr Moore, I hope you can help me. I need to have 4 front teeth removed with scaling & root planning done. Dentist said the other teeth were borderline, some might be saved after the root planning. I have two options to choose from and only considering implants at this time.  Other than cost,
Should I plan for 4 implants and deal with the other teeth over time or should I just have the full mouth extraction and upper/lower ALL IN ONE implants.
I am 63 years old and I’m in good health.

Thank you, I look forward to your response and advice.

Good question and thanks for writing in. It will depend on the severity of bone loss and condition of the remaining teeth and gums.
