Should I clean my teeth immediately after eating?
Q. after eating a meal is it better to clean my teeth immediately or do i wait a while,
A. Immediately provided there is minimal acid content. The acid ( eg oranges) softens your teeth and you should dilute the acid with a glass of water and wait for about an hour before cleaning your teeth to prevent you rubbing away the softened enamel
