Please help! I’ve been told I need braces for 2 and a half years! Is this right?
Q. Hello, I am 17 years old and have 1 wonky tooth in the main “smile six”! It is a fang which has moved since having braces, and it is pushing the one infront behind it. I dont like it but my dentist has told me it will take 2 and a half years to fix, which I think is a bit over exagerrated, seeing as I had to have braces on that long beforehand when my teeth were SEVERELY bad. Im not sure what to do :/ Please please please please please help!,
A. You could consider a speedier brace such as an Inman Aligner or 6-month smile, however canine teeth are notoriously difficult to move so the treatment may take longer than expected
