Nearly all of my front teeth are different lengths is there way to file to the same length?

Q. Hi, Nearly all of my front teeth are different lengths, but apart from this they are in good condition and are kept white. Is there a procedure to file down the teeth so that they are all the same length? If so, I am guessing it would be a lot cheaper than veneers. Thanks

A. This is an option as long as it is performed carefully. To contour the teeth, the dentist needs to ensure that the filing down is kept to enamel. This can be quite tricky and as long as the filing is only minimal, then you should have no probs.
If there are several millimetres difference, then your only other options is veneers.
Hope this has helped. If you have any more questions about this, I’m sure your dentsit will be more than happy to explain.

Hi, one of my front tooth is longer than the other and it really annoys me, my fangs are also a little long and really pointy. Could I get them filed down? And will it damage my teeth? Do you know if I could also get braces behind my teeth? Thank you.
