My tooth loose due to bone dencity

Q. Hi just been to dentist,my tooth loose due to bone dencity im told there is nothing they can do.I have been told its just a matter of time before i loose it possibly more than one. i had my teeth staightend 5yrs ago and i have retainers at the back of my teeth top and bottom.what if anything can be done.

A. Sorry I can’t really tell from your description, maybe you need to get a 2nd opinion, if the teeth are really that loose then there maybe an underlying gum problem that needs treating. The teeth could be replaced with implants once removed if the problem with the gums has resolved

i have a lateral incisor that is giving me problems. this may be due to the fact that my left canine grew inwards instead of out. i had braces put on a week ago and the lateral incisor hurts when i push it into the jaw and it is a tad bit loose (it was loose before the braces also)…what do you think is wrong with my left lateral incisor? my orthodontist took x-rays and he said that it doesn’t feel like it’s loose. what do you think is causing it to be a little loose (up and down & back and forth) and hurt? do you think braces will fix this problem? thanks so very much in advance and good day to you!

Teeth often become loose once orthodontic tooth movement has been started and this is a normal occurrance. Could you send me the Xray? Then I may be able to assist some more. I hope that helps your situation some.
