My Teeth Seem To Be Thinning. Is There Another Treatment Out There Which Is Less Invasive Then Dental Veneers?

Q.
Hi Dr Moore. My teeth seem to be thinning a little bit, I have a baby tooth due to the fact my adult tooth has grown in sideways in my gum and I would like them to be whiter. I have considered veneers before but the idea of shaving down my teeth scares me too much. I was wondering if there would be some sort of alternative that would not damage my own teeth so much? Perhaps something that can just be put over the top of them? If so can you provide an approximate price? Thank you for your time, I look forward to your reply.

Hello and thank you for your enquiry. Cosmetic bonding which is a type of resin might work well for you and isn’t as invasive as veneers. As a guide we charge from £250 per tooth, but different practices have different price structures depending on the quality of workmanship. If you’d like to find out more on dental bonding you can find information through this website. I hope this helps you in the meantime. Regards, Dr Andrew Moore.
