My teeth has shifted slightly since wearing a brace, what can be done?

hi, i was wondering that i had braces wihen i was younger but four years later i notice that they have shifted slightly, would i need to get braces again. Also my front two teeth have been extremely sensitive since i had braces and ive never been able to bite straight on, its always been at an angle. Thirdly i have this discolouration on my front tooth and i was wondering what is the best way to get rid of that mark without altering the actual tooth’s structure itself. thanks.

After braces, you need to be aware that retainers need to be part of your ongoing maintenance for life.
If you have not been wearing your retainers, then a relapse means that you will need to wear braces again to correct the misaligned teeth.
There are many reasons for discolouration and the correct treatment needs to be planned with a dentist.
