My teeth bleed when I brush them, even though I have good oral hygiene, why is this?

Q.
Dr am somebody who is disturbed most by his oral hygine and it doesn’t realy mean I don brush my teeth which I do but it bleeds while I am brushing my teeth so please is there any way you can help me to over come this.
thanks
A.
Bleeding gums is a sign of inflammation and infection. You need to clean the area where it bleeds more thoroughly and twice a day. After a few days you should find that the area has improved. I would advise you to see a dentist as soon as possible

What are some ways to maintain good oral Hygiene? I know you have to brush after every meal, floss at least twice a day, use a mouthwash. Could you teel me some more please. Thank you very much.

Sounds like you already have a very good oral hygniene regime. Make sure when you brush your teeth you do use the brush on all the surfaces of the tooth and it should take you about 2 min each time. Well done!!
