My teeth are loose because of gum disease, what should I do to replace them?

Q.
Hi, I have gum disease but mostly in the front bottom whereby one tooth is very loose and apparently the gum has gone leaving the tooth with no support, the next tooth is also leaning due to limited support, therefore both teeth will have to be removed, would you recommend a bridge for the loose tooth or have the two done together with permenant teeth, thanks
A.
With the info that you have given I would have the second option

If it is that loose then no, you should see your dentist to advise on an extraction and replacement.
