My teeth are grinding away, what can I do?

Q.
i have perfectly white straight teeth – but apparently they are not that pefect. I am grinding away them from the back. Do I have to have braces at 38 or is there another solution to save my teeth?
A.
If they are being ground away, perhaps a bite guard would help not braces
