My sons teeth are turning back to their original position after braces, any suggestions?

Q. My son is now 18 but a couple of years ago he ahd a brace which straightened his front teeth beautifully. Unfortunately despite wearing the retainer one of his front teeth is migrating back to its original position. What would you suggest ?,
A. Either hold the tooth were it is with another retainer or move it with another brace
