My son has a small jaw and after years of treatment his teeth are still not aligned. Can you help?

Q. hi! my son is now 14 years of age. and has a small jaw. when he was 10 his teeth were crowded so a dentist recommended braces for the upper jaw and he also removed two permanent teeth from the upper jaw. after nearly two years of treatment the teeth were still not aligned. now we are considering braces again. we went to two different orthodontists, both saying different things. one wants to remove two teeth from the lower jaw to make the number of teeth equal on both the upper and lower jaw. the other one is saying he would straighten out the teeth without extractions. i am so confused. please help!!,
A. Hi I am happy to have a look if you wish. If you would like to phone  to book a consult, then this would allow me to see what options you may have.

It might be worth getting a denture to replace the missing teeth. Eating is the main function of those teeth you going to loose, so for that reason alone i would suggest you should look into it.
