Q. Hi Dr Rob, I hope you are well,i am really looking for some advice.I don’t have a wide smile however although my teeth are in a decent condition, or so my dentist said so.I would really like a better smile. I have heard of a American treatment where the gap between your inner cheek and side teeth (if that makes sense). ie bulking the inside out…to give the illusion a wider fuller smile.
