My new dentures don’t fit properly, what can I do?

Q.
I JUST HAD MY SECOND DENTURES MADED, YOU CANT SEE MY TEETH WHEN I TALK AND THE ONLY TIME MY BOTTOM AND UPPER TOUCHS IS WHEN I SMILE AND THAT HAS VERY LITTLE TEETH SHOWING. THEY HURT, MOUTH IS SANK IN LIKE I HAVE NO TEETH. I’M VERY DEPRESS. CAN MY DENTIST DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT I PAID HIM 3000.00
A.
You should have had an appointment called “try-in” where you discussed the appearance of your dentures before they were finished off. If so, were alterations made? If you said you were happy with the appearance of the try-in at this visit, iyou may find it difficult to get a refund unfortunately.
You are more than welcome to come to Kissdental (0161 832 9477) for a free consultation/second opinion with one of our dentists who has a special interest in denture construction, Dr Richard Malloch.
Our fees for a new set of full dentures are £1500-£2000.
Hope this helps!
