My new dentures are loose and wobbling. Is this normal?
Q. Dr, new dentures fitted 1 st time went back as they were lose and wobbled on trying to eat they are now stuck in and thats ok ish for a couple of hrs then there falling about again is this the norm

A. Very often there is an adaption period whilst your mouth gets used to wearing dentures. The muscles of your mouth will adapt to hold the dentures in place. This is provided that the dentures fit well
It’s only been 2 weeks since my top dentures wer fitted but they won’t stay in on their own without glue. Is this normal? I’m finding it very hard to eat even when they are glued in. I have tried to leave the glue off but they just keep falling every time I even speak. What can I do please?
