My jaw has been locked for three weeks! Please help!
Q. The left side of my jaw has been locked for three weeks and causing pain in my ear jaw and neck. My dentist referred me to the hospital dental unit but there is an 18 week wait!! I am going on holiday and frightened of the other side locking. Is there anything I can take or do to unlock my jaw I have been taking diclofenic but they have not helped.,
A. you might need to go to A&E to get it checked over as soon as possible
I used to have a habit of clicking my jaw all the time. Once i got to the age of 15, it started to lock but never hurted. Now, my jaws hurt constantly and seems to be laying to the left, i think my jaw is out of place. what can i do?

been having severe jaw pain/muscles joints are clicking everytime i eat orchew hard foods. i think this might be tmj, i have been to see my own dentist who said come back in a week to see if muscles have relaxed any. i don think i can waiting another week the pain is quite annoying and i suffer headaches constantly. is it possible to arrange a free consultation with someone to discuss my options?? iam in severe pain thanks
