My Bridge Has Partially Fallen Off, What Can Be Done To Help Me?

Q.
Front teeth are bridges, set in two sets of three, one side has fell out and it seems that the stumps are rotted away. the other side has recently broken with the metal underneath one of the teeth showing this truly is a ugly experience I have had these bridges for 15 years and think the problems started last year when I had an abscess and the dentist drilled into the back of the bridge to gain access to the problem, just after this that front bridge weakened and the front of the tooth came off leaving the metal exposed, I really am in shock as my whole appearance has now changed instead of 50 I look 70 what are my options? As apart from the bridge on top I also have gaps with missing teeth either side and my back teeth are also broken.

Thanks for writing in to me. After considering your case, it sounds like a denture might be best but you could also enquire into implants at your dentist or an implant specialist. The latter may be a better option as that way you can ensure the treatment that you receive is of a very high standard.
