lower left side has become very sensitive could it be my gums causing the sensitivity?

Q. Dear Dr. Moore, I have dental bridge on my lower left side. I had the work done 3 years ago. Lately that hsa become very sensitive only when I eat. Could it be my gums causing the sensitivity? There is one part that bleeds easy when I floss? Or a tooth? Thanks..

A. Not sure whats happening here. I would go back to your dentist next week for him/her to check it out
