I’ve Been Wondering What The Best Way Is To Fix The Gaps Between My Front Teeth?

Q.
Hello Dr Shaffie. I’m 19 years old and I have two big front teeth with a gap between them and I’ve been wondering what the best way to fix them? I want to make them smaller and close the gap because it’s really irritating me, especially when I smile or laugh. My other problem is that I have dental caries, which used to be one tooth but now I have three teeth with large holes in them. I also have holes between my teeth and I’m asking if I want to do a filling. How does the dentist reach the places between the teeth? Hope to hear from you and receive your advice.

Hello, It’s quite easy for a dentist to fill between the teeth. You can also consider having veneers to close the gap and make your front teeth shorter. These of course are suggestions based on what you have stated in your question, I would be able to give you a much better assessment by seeing you in person. Thanks for getting in touch. Best wishes, Dr Hussein Shaffie.
