Hello Dr Shaffie. I’m 19 years old and I have two big front teeth with a gap between them and I’ve been wondering what the best way to fix them? I want to make them smaller and close the gap because it’s really irritating me, especially when I smile or laugh. My other problem is that I have dental caries, which used to be one tooth but now I have three teeth with large holes in them. I also have holes between my teeth and I’m asking if I want to do a filling. How does the dentist reach the places between the teeth? Hope to hear from you and receive your advice.

Hello, It’s quite easy for a dentist to fill between the teeth. You can also consider having veneers to close the gap and make your front teeth shorter.
