Is there a way of getting teeth straightened other than braces?

Q. Hi, im 23 and looking into getting my teeth straightened. on my top row its the 4 middle ones that are the problem. the middle 2 are quite big and the 2 either side of them have twisted at an angle outwards so my smile just looks awful! is there a way other than wearing braces that this can be fixed so that my middle 2 teeth arnt as big and the other 2 are twited back round to the right position?

A. I’m afraid it sounds like braces will be the best option. There are invisable braces available such as Invisalign that might be a more acceptable treatment than fixed braces.
