Is it too late now to do anything other than remove all the teeth?

Q. My 32 year old son has severe acid erosion of the teeth. Was treated originally in a Leeds Dentristy School at the age of 16 but was told that treatment needed to be done regularly and would be very expensive. He now has not been to a dentist for years, is very self conscious and this interferes with all aspects of his working and social life. It would be wonderful to see his confidence come back and see a smile! Is it too late now to do anything other than remove all the teeth? Would dearly love to help him sort this out as I think the cost is also putting him off seeking advice. Teeth are now very bad, marked with black spots and seem to be crumbling away. Many thanks.,
A. Without taking a look it is very difficuilt to advise. Regarding the cost we can offer payment options where you can spread the cost up to 5 years. I am happy to take a look please contact te clinic for a consultation.

You would need to see a dentist for more severe lesions (dark spots and the crumbling) with regards to his eating habbits, avoid any sugary stuff until there is improvement. Eat dinner well before sleeping and ensure he brushes/rinse his mouth before sleeping. Also eat a well balanced diet but with low sugar.
