Is it possible to have a full set of impants after losing all of my teeth?

Q. due to ill health i have lost all my teeth. for 4 years i waited for a dentist to take my teeth out, i am only 25 n suffer from bad stomach which produced acid which rotted my teeth. i have no teeth at all. is it possible to have a full set of implants?,
A. Yes it is and the sooner the better as the underlying bone will gradually dissolve away making implants more difficult as the years go on
