Hi Andrew, I’d like your help. I have had top full dentures for many years now and feel I would benefit from fixed dentures. Is this possible and how much is it likely to cost? I would also like implants on my lower jaw as I cannot wear my bottom partial plate without difficulty. Is there anything out there you could recommend to help me with this? Hello and thank you for your enquiry. It should be possible but you’ll need a full assessment and possibly a CT scan from an implant dentist first.
