Is it Normal To Have Glue Coming Away At Side Of Vaneers?

Q.
Hello Dr, Shaffle, My wife has had fitted zirconia veneer five point bridge fitted on her bottom teeth. There seems to be excessive glue which is yellow brown in colour at the rear which is now beginning to come away. These where fitted approximately six months ago along with zirconia veneers fitted at the top (no bridge at the top) and there are no problems at the top. Is this normal for excessive glue on a bridge to come away and for this to happen?  And why this is happening to her? My wife and myself are getting quite concerned. thank you in advance

Hello there Thank you very much for your question. It is very difficult for me to answer this question without seeing the patient. However, I would revisit the dentist who fitted the bridge and ask them to ascertain the nature of the material behind the teeth.

I hope this helps, good luck, Hussein
