Is a implant-retained denture the only way to solve the issues i am having with my current denture?

Q. i have a partial denture on my lower jaw that i can not wear as i dont like the peice that goes behind my teeth and down under my tongue. is the the only way to solve this having implant retained denture as have been told that they dont have a large back piece or is there any other way round it ie would teeth made of different material be better thanks in advance,
A. An implant retained bridge or bridges may be your best solution as this may give you fixed teeth without the need of a bar at the back of the lower front teeth
