Q. Dear Dr Solanki i have been looking into cosmetic dentistry for a number of years but have always been put off by the price. Im 29 now and i feel its about time i sorted my teeth out my bottom teeth are fine they seem quite straight and i have not had any problems but my top teeth are not so good i have an overbite with my front 2 teeth and either side of them the teeth go behind my bottom teeth and are set back the rest of my teeth are fine what would be the best course of treatment and what sort of cost am i looking at ?
