I’m having teeth extracted and want to improve my smile, what should I do?

i have visited the dentist today and i have to have 7 teeth out two front ones and the left hand side .
my teeth are awful due to the fact that i use to smoke, please can you advise me on how to get that perfect smile as i havent smiled for 22yrs and would love it to be a bright new white smile along with my new denture not a horriable yellow smile

Well I guess the first thing you need to do is to go along and have a consultation with a good cosmetic dentist to discuss all your concerns and to take a look at examples of some treatments that might suit your particular situation.

Dental implants may be a solution for you, in combination with some other treatments such as crowns or veneers to ‘perfect’ your smile

It’s very important also that you make sure you have resolved any underlying dental health issues so that the problems that caused your teeth to be lost do not return.
