im 22 and i have a gap in my front lower teeth do i have to put braces or any other alternatives

Q. I had braces when i was 14,as i had protruding teeth,my parents initially werent ready to spend as they didnt afford, but some how they agreed.then after 2 years when the braces were removed i used retainers.but inspite of using retainers a gap had come in the front lower teeth,i went 2 the doctor again,he asked me to pay some money which i cud not afford at that time, then i left if like that only.now i am 22 and am earning,is there any other way to treat again after so many years as my teeth have completely moved to what they were before,do i have to put braces again or any other method without using braces,hw many days it will take for treatment.

A. Hi

Yes you can have braces again if the teeth have moved back, and your mouth is healthy. Other alternatives to braces are invisalign. Of course this would only be dependable after examination
