If I have gum disease, what can I do to save my teeth?

Q.
I have been told i have gum disease and been told to quit smoking is there anything else i can do to save my teeth as I’m only 39 and don’t want to lose any.
If i do lose any can i have them replaced.

Dentures might be your only option. You need bone to place implants and it sounds that you don’t have much bone structure left. Stop smoking would be a good start.
