I Would Like To Know How Much It Costs For Bonding And Gum Reshaping?

Q.
Hi, Dr Hughes. I am just querying a price for some work I want done to my teeth? Basically I would like the two teeth next to the front teeth made the same length as the first two, using bonding. Then on my right side I would like about 2cm in length of gum reshaping to heighten the gum line to match the other side.
If that makes any sense? Please can you give me a round about price that I can expect to pay with this type of treatment.
Kind regards and thank you for your response.

Hi. These are only ‘ballpark’ approximates of course as we’d have to assess your dental health and the difficulty of the procedures first but here is a rough guide.

These prices are for absolutely excellent quality and the gum lift of 2mm would require bone removal with our specialist periodontist:

Bonding approximately, £300-500. Surgical gum lift one tooth approximately, £600-800.  A gum lift using a laser might be possible if your gum tissue is thick enough but usually the laser can only manage 0.5-1mm in most cases.  The next thing for you to do is see an experienced cosmetic dentist who has a lot of experience with gum lift procedures. Best regards, Dr Mark Hughes.
