I suffer from serious sinus infections because my tooth broke off, any advice?

Q. I had a tooth pulled that broke off, after the tooth was dug out and I returned home I noticed the hole looked white and I could suck air thru the hole. I had the dentist look at it and he did a graft, well the graft didn’t work. I went back last week I asked him to pack it before he stitched it he said no and cut it and stitched it together. Well he removed the stitches today and i can still suck air thru it. What can I do to get this taken care of it has been almost 2 years since the original tooth, I have gotten serious sinus infections and dont know where to turn. Can you offer any advise?,
A. I would refer you to an oral surgeon for an opinion and treatment

Not alot of help, the dentist that made the hole should have to fix it, in my opinion. Is there anything he can put into the hole to pack it before he tries to sew it up again?

Isn’t there anything to pack the hole with? The sinus infections up to this point have been pretty bad including smelling and tasting bad stuff and some pain
