Q. yesterday i noticed that my gums were swollen. So when i got home from work i lightly brushed my teeth and garggled. The next day i noticed that the bulge was even bigger. I then garggled with salt and water. Today i see a tiny peek of what looks like a tooth apperaring. i am 26 years old and i dont know what to do. I have seen blogs on the surgery and i am scared straight. is there even hope for me due to my age. My other canine is still a baby but the adult tooth is not appearing yet. I have insurance but its not the best. i am scared that i will not be able to fix this problem what should i do.,
