I hv pain on my right jaw plz help

Q. I have been experiencing pain on my right jaw for a week now and giving me headaches. painful when i open my mouth to yawn or eat. My right ear is starting to ache too. i am currently wearing retainers up and down for 2 months now after my braces.how will dis stop? please help..tnx..

A. It sounds to me like you may be ecperiencing some TMJ after orthodontics.
