I have two sensitive, problem teeth after having my brace removed, could I replace them with implants?

Q.
Hi,
Okay, so I had braces for 3 years. The main reason for me haing the was I had an impacted K9 and a milk tooth in it’s place. The took the baby tooth out and pulled the K9 down using a gold chain. While they was doing this the shorten the roots of te tooth next to the K9 and on of my front teeth. Anyway cut a long sorry short it’s been a year now since I’ve ha my brace off and the 2 teeth next to my problem tooth are really sentsitive and I’m scared they are gonna fall out. (Oh and by the way the K9 is back to front) Think is I’m only 21 and I really don’t want a denture for my front teeth. Will an implant be my best option? Can or will a dentist just remove the teeth that are hurting and put an implant in so I don’t have to have a gap if it falls out. Sorry about my little rant but I’m losing sleep over this. Thanks, any advice you can give me will be highly appreiated.

Sorry to hear of your problems. It sounds like you need an opinion and scan from an implant dentist to see if your suitable for this treatment. E mail me your details if you’d like me to arrange this for you at my clinic in Essex
