I have two gaps in my teeth. Will one implant work or will I need two?

Q. I have a tooth that had a crown on that needs to be removed. Next to it is a space from an earlier extraction. Can I have one implant in that space since only one will be seen when I smile or do both areas need implants? I can’t afford two implants as this time,
A. You could have one implant for now and another later if that works better for you. If the 2nd space is small you might be lucky and be able to place 1 implant to hold 2 teeth
