I have croocked teeth, one of my front teeth overlaps

Q. I have croocked teeth, one of my front teeth overlaps on the other and it is very noticable. My overlapping teeth makes me self confident and at my age, im 15 by the way, i feel that its too late for me to be wearing braces, i dont want to walk around with metal all over my mooth. Is there another option for me to straighten my teeth without having to wear braces?

A. Hi many thanks for your enquiry, there are two treatments i would recommend, one is an inman aligner, this is a clear brace which is removable, you can see that you are wearing something but is more descreet than the metal brackets. the advantage of this system is that the treatment time is short and can correct the crossing over within 4 months.

the second option is a clear brace system called invisalign which is very descreet, the treatment time can be longer than the inman aligner but the product can more more teeth so if your not suitable for the inman you might be suitable for the inviasalign.

i would not recommend you have your teeth prepared for veneers or such treatments as i feel with the clear brace options there is no need for this. the inman aligner costs start at £1400, and the invisalign starts at £3000. hope this is helpful.
